Message from the President:
I would like to introduce you to our association. The "Friends for the Preservation of Ohio State Parks" was formally incorporated in January 2004. All officers and trustees are volunteer members of state park friends/support groups.

Our Mission

1)	Support, promote, and preserve all state parks and other parks in the state of Ohio. By developing a network of members of all park support groups, the Association will be able to inform members of any changes in funding for Ohio parks.
2)	Provide an opportunity for Ohio park support groups to network with each other allowing for an exchange of ideas.

FPOSP CANCELS SPRING SYMPOSIUM ON 4/27

Due to conflicts with a number of pre-scheduled activities coordinated by local Friends groups, the Friends of the Preservation of Ohio State Parks (FPOSP) will be canceling its Spring Symposium on April
27 and consolidating the spring program with the Fall Symposium scheduled for November 9. On behalf of the FPOSP, we apologize for any inconvenience but look forward to an excellent day of
networking and information sharing in November.
